I would define myself as an innovation addicted. No matter whether we are talking about a new smartphone, a connected device or a new digital marketing approach, I want to be aware of what's new on the market, which is the innovation introduced and understand whether it can be used in my personal or professional life.Constantly looking at innovations, but never forgetting how to let them become valuable in different scenarios, I spent last years leveraging on my experience on Digital Marketing and CRM not only to support brands but also dealer network by reshaping their digital presence, their ability to invest, analyze and maximize their digital spending and giving them new powerful ways to engage customers in real time.In my experience I deeply understood that creating strong, emotional and effective 'conversations' with actual and potential customer is now mandatory for all brands and retailers, it doesn't matter the industry, product or service you want to propose.In this scenario new technologies and innovative approaches are a key driver to speak with the customers where they are, when they like and with the same language.This is what I'm constantly looking for, basing my work on a rock solid marketing experience in different services and a strong understanding of new technologies.
