Member of a services team whose role was to specify, develop, test, and deliver software solutions for utility customers. Responsible for requirements gathering, functional specification writing, development of certain aspects of the solution, integration testing, and support of user acceptance testing. Required working closely with the client team to understand their existing systems, data sources, and needs for the new solution, as well as with in-house systems engineers and developers who were architecting and configuring the solution.

Planned and produced online webinars demonstrating firm's thought leadership in areas of complex billing, load forecasting, and distribution asset management. Achieved publication and company representation at various industry events, such as those sponsored by T&D Magazine, GITA, Distributech. Authored and edited numerous RFP responses and technical documentation.

Supported the design, implementation, and evaluation processes for publicly funded demand-side management (energy efficiency) programs targeting the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors; experience with resource acquisition and market transformation programs administered by utilities or agencies in California, Texas, Colorado, Utah, Wisconsin, and New York.
