Within the Litigation's Operational Technical Coordination:- I operate internal systems for document management.- I manage the sector's agenda and handle the reception and follow-up of phone inquiries from debtors and individuals related to the area's competencies.- I draft documentation within the area's scope.- I manage the processing of Administrative Acts and the handling of official documentation.- I oversee the sector's archives and I am responsible for the digitization and proper registration of coordination documentation.

Within the Public Debt Administration Directorate:- I performed tracking and updating of the Director's agenda.- Handled telephone inquiries and directed calls to the respective departments, as well as receiving and forwarding documentation to the appropriate sectors.- Prepared notes and authorizations, as well as requesting supplies.- Kept track of staff news.
