About Andrea Giorgi

I started working at Accenture S.p.A. in counseling area where I developed technical and functional skills in IT CRM solutions to support the customer (Vodafone Italy) to develop his business. Thanks to this work experience I joined Boehringer-Ingelheim Italia S.p.A. as IT Account Coordinator for one of Marketing&Sales departments. The technical, analytical and customer oriented skills, in addition to my passion, curiosity and results oriented attitude allowed me to move to Consumer Health Care business department, at first as Customer Value & SFE Manager and then as Sales Area Manager moving from analytical activities to sales field activities. This job allowed me to gain a very wide knowledge of pharmaceutical markets, doing a lot of commercial experiences and managing 8 Sales Reps. Currently I am the Sales Operations Manager responsible to define and implement commercial strategies working with head of sales and marketing team. I’m able to manage and conduct sales plan, performance sales analysis, sales effectiveness/excellent programs, sales field force structure, cross functional projects.
