Andrea Giraldez-Hayes, PhD, is a chartered psychologist, psychotherapist, coaching psychologist, supervisor, academic, and consultant with a remarkable track record in fostering personal and organisational growth. With an enduring commitment to continuous learning and professional development, Andrea has cultivated a diverse skill set over her 35-year career, spanning roles in the arts, education, coaching, psychotherapy and positive psychology sectors. Employing a dynamic and integrative approach, Andrea empowers clients and supervises individuals and groups by harnessing the transformative potential of conversations. Her research centres on using arts and creativity to enhance individual and community wellbeing.Andrea is currently the Course Director for the MSt in Coaching at the University of Cambridge, and she served as the Programme Director for the MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at the University of East London between 2018 and 2023. She combines private practice with academic projects, demonstrating her ability to balance multiple responsibilities.
