During my career I’ve developed a strong experience in Database SQL Server from version 2000 to 2016 as DBA and developer and in Oracle database version 11g and 12c as a DBA;In the past I’ve focused also on Datawarehouse and Business Intelligence projects using SQL Server 2000/2005/2008/2012 and Business Objects 6.1/6.5 XI R2 and R3.1, building strong skills on ETL with DTS and SSIS and in modelling B.O. universes and developing reports. I have also followed final users in training and in developing of KPIs. I’ve worked both in Italian and in multinational companies, following all the aspects, problems and opportunities of dealing with a multicultural and multinational team, working both in Italy and abroad (US, UK, France, Austria) and managing small teams (max 7 people). I’ve developed a good knowledge in implementing reports and Dashboards in SQL using Analysis and Reporting Services of SQL Server 2005/2008/2012/2014/2016. Used also Power Pivot for specific ad hoc reports as well as Talend and Qlikview.Starting from 2012 I’ve focused more and more on the DB Administration and fine tuning of queries in SQL Server, writing also an article and starting to collaborate with UGISS (User Group Italia SQL Server). I’ve also worked with AGILE project management with SCRUM in a development team and with LEAN methodology on another development team. Support of developers writing stored procedures in TSQL and PL/SQL.In the past experiences I’ve implemented, together with a team, an ERP specific for the textiles industries named TIM in AS/400, developed two EDI projects in the automotive industry and I’ve been involved in the implementation of the ERP BaaN, especially in moving from the legacy AS/400 system.
