Responsible for an organization of nearly 3000 people with an annual budget >$0.5B. Accountable for quality systems, external advocacy, internal policy, audit, inspection management, internal quality oversight and all relevant quality assurance functions, quality control, CDMO management and product quality.

Led global Quality units with sites located across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Responsible for organizations of >1000 employees with an annual budgets of >$170M. Accountable for Quality and Compliance activities including: small and large molecules and advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMP), clinical and commercial products, product testing (QC), product assessment and release (QA and European QP), Quality self-inspection and inspection readiness, operational product quality management and maintaining compliance to the Quality System and HA regulations at manufacturing site level. From 2015-2018 responsible for all drug substance manufacturing sites and recruited in 2018 to lead drug product manufacturing sites as an international assignment.

Managed day-to-day operations for production of clinical, launch, and commercial products. Successfully commissioned and started-up a newly built clinical facility within budget and timelines.
