Across various industries, I have succeeded in identifying opportunities for organizational growth through creative and elegant programs and initiatives.Whether building on existing success like Obliteride and Fleet Feet Seattle or starting a program from scratch like the University of Washington’s Foster School Undergraduate Global Programs, I bring innate curiosity to explore what can be achieved in the near- and long-term. With healthy helpings of creativity and humor, I create environments built on community and inspire others to join the journey. I’m proud of many things from my career. Leading Obliteride to a record-breaking year in numbers of participants and more than $3 million in individual donations. Helping grow the Fleet Feet training program participants by 500% while building a caring community of runners to support each other through life. Creating a collection of diverse program opportunities that infused global learning into the education of 1,700 undergraduate students, with many of those programs still in existence today. And always being an advocate for change, a supportive team player, and a compassionate leader.Success for me means contributing in an organization that shares my values of courage, innovation, and optimism.
