Reporting to the CEO, I directly/functionally lead a staff of 4 people.• Act as a business partner toward the CEO, the other Departments Heads, and the group about all strategic questions related to the growth / direction of the business.• Support the company in developing a strong strategy, while improving the current Business model.• Support the Operations team in optimizing the Supply Chain processes and their costs.• Oversee the budgeting process of the company and the financial reporting for the organization. This includes monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, and the financial planning.• Guarantee monthly-quarterly-annual reporting processes and timeliness of Financial Planning and Budgeting activities granting economic and financial control of parent company and subsidiaries.• Provide a pragmatic financial support and insights to enable the different Departments to make critical business decisions.• Presentation of the financial results and insights to the Board of Directors.• Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls.• Responsible to ensure daily management & control of Working Capital, Capex, Credit, Debt and Cash flow.• Liquidity planning, cash and working capital management, billing, and bookkeeping as well as the preparation of financial statements.• Leading the administrative departments (3 FTE) of the company.• Act as the responsible person for all Compliance and Legal aspects of the business, and adheres to the different rules, policies and processes that regulates the business• Reference point for banks, external auditors, accounting/financial/legal advisors, and financial institutions involved into the activities of re-funding, re-settlement, and re-organization.• Responsible for the M&A activities with a strategic role in leading, planning, and providing support for due diligence activities across all functional areas of any transaction.
