Additionally, I am responsible for responding to RFPs and RFIs, handling bids, organizing solution workshops and Proof of Concept (POC) activities. Working hand in hand with Strategy Specialists & Account Partners is key to successfully achieve the above mentioned as well as to driving customer relationship and deliver an overall positive sales experience.

Solution Consulting with focus on R&D Clinical Operations in Pharma and MedTech in the European market, all market segments.Main Responsibilities:- Understand customer’s needs to provide them with a custom solution by liaising with Strategy Specialists & Account Partners- Support the technical aspects of the sale, i.e., discovery and requirements, solution engineering, demos, POCs and proposal development- Provide tailored demonstrations of the Vault Clinical Operations Suite, including eTMF, CTMS, Study Startup, Site Connect, Site Vault, Payments, and Study Training- Ensure a smooth hand-off to Services for implementation.

Main Responsibilities:• Maintain study's project coordination tasks, identify and delegate study tasks, main point of contact for the daily tasks• Therapeutic area experience: Oncology, Rare diseases (autoimmune)• Study status experience: Feasibility, Start-up, Maintenance and Close-out, phase II/ III• Effective communication with all study stakeholders, i.e., sponsor, study sites, vendors, and internal study team• Distribute study updates and correspondence to Sponsor, Sites, and Project team• Management and QC from the study’s eTMF• Management and maintenance of project management databases such as CTMS, Study Training and SSU systems, including but not limited to team list, study trainings, study status, enrolment, enrolment projections, patient recruitment• Support feasibility on a global level (Europe, North and South America, APAC) • Create/maintain monthly enrolment projections & MS Project Timelines• Work within GCP and company SOPs
