- Experience with COA, Voyage Charter, Time Charter and Liner trades.- Planning and budgeting of voyages, with a focus on reducing costs to ensure maximum profit, through proper management of fuel consumption and time use.- Accurate preparation of voyage instructions for vessels in accordance with company's policies and ruling charter parties / contracts.- Coordinating operations, canal transits, schedules with all stakeholders involved in the round voyage.- Follow up and finalisation of all post fixture matters.- Collaborating with legal department on claim handling.- Involvement in task groups related to operational changes in the market that affected the whole organisation.- Transferring knowledge to new operators via on-the-job coaching.
