Trumpet Player, Teacher, Sound Designer, and Composer of Applied Music to Images. He graduated from the "A. Passaglia" Musical High School in Lucca and later earned his trumpet diploma from the "L. Boccherini" Conservatory in Lucca. He also attended the prestigious Berklee College of Music Clinics during Umbria Jazz. Additionally, he earned a second-level academic diploma in Composition for Applied Music to Images, with a focus on Sound Design, from the "F. Venezze" Conservatory in Rovigo, graduating with top honours (110 cum laude). Throughout his academic journey, he had the opportunity to attend high-level masterclasses in sound design with Mirko Perri, music for video games with Mariza Dima, sound painting with Gabriel Thibaudeau, orchestration with Norman Ludwin, and new trends in film music with Francesco Donadello. He also served as a tutor for the European project BIP23 (Blended Intensive Programme) Soundtrack Europe. In 2006, he founded his own music publishing house—an innovative entrepreneurial venture aimed at promoting both his artistic vision and that of emerging and established talents. The publishing house spans multiple musical genres, from pop to electronic, avant-garde jazz, theatre, and dance music. It includes four record labels: Even Eights Records, Contemporary Film Music, International Pop Music, and Barga Jazz Records, all of which have become key references in the music industry. As a musician, he has been a member of the Italian Youth Jazz Orchestra, performing with the Peter Erskine Trio (John Taylor and Palle Danielsson), and collaborating with internationally renowned artists such as flautist James Newton. Since 1995, he has been a permanent member of the Barga Jazz Orchestra, where he has had the privilege of playing alongside some of the world's most significant jazz figures, including Lee Konitz, Steve Swallow, Tom Harrell, Kenny Wheeler, David Liebman, Dave Douglas, Jeremy Pelt, Enrico Rava, Paolo Fresu, Fabrizio Bosso, and Stefano Bollani. Among his most prestigious collaborations is his work with Héctor Zazou, an icon of world music, with whom he premiered a new soundtrack for Georges Clouzot's 1956 documentary Le Mystère Picasso and recorded the album The Arch for Elen Music. He currently holds the position of Chairman and Publisher at Auroom Srls, an artistic collective engaged in producing and managing successful theatrical performances, including Haberowski featuring Alessandro Haber. He also co-produces the musical project Alfa Romero (Afterlife).
