- Develop and lead the annual strategic marketing plan, promotional programs, and activities for the OCH Health System which includes 600+ employees and physicians, and encompasses a hospital in Gravette, Ark. as well as 20 clinics located throughout Missouri, Oklahoma and Arkansas. - Oversee all brand and logo management, as well as all graphic design, copy concept, text and visuals.- Supervise a team of three communications members including a communications specialist (graphic design, digital & web content, social media marketing), a regional marketing manager (community relations, employee relations, regional marketing efforts), a communications assistant (marketing visits, presentations, regional support) and interns. - Lead seasonal preventative health campaigns including discounted sports physicals, back to school well-child visits, and flu shots. - Collaborate with clinic managers and physicians to plan, budget and design direct mail campaigns, local advertising, expo participation and other physician, clinic and service promotional tactics. - Serve as Public Information Officer and health system spokesperson, and crisis communications liaison when working with local and national television, print and radio.
