- Be a key contact on-the-ground for any questions about myRMIT, a student self-service platform.- Encourage and teach students about myRMIT, and escalate issues or questions to IT.

- Research global 5G use cases, contributing to the development of a database for the Department of Digital Economy and Society.- Translate findings into Vietnamese to ensure accessibility for government officials and stakeholders.

Main function: Talent Acquisition and Resourcing- Support the recruitment process: CV sourcing, cold calling, arranging interview schedules, onboarding, etc.- Support administration tasks: manage and update employees’ records, and other tasks as assigned.
