I am a skilled and enthusiastic service professional with more than 14 years of experience in customer service, and 4 years in mental health care/advocacy. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, a minor’s degree in Human Services, and a Sociology/Criminal Justice certificate in Diversity Studies. I also hold an Associate of Science degree in Social Science; graduated Magna cum laude.My background encompasses a range of tasks providing utmost support to patients with mental illness, behavioral problems and/or substance abuse. I also have experience with the intellectually disabled, as two family members are considered as such. From advocacy, clerical duties, to creating inspiring group therapy subjects/themes, to participating in crisis intervention and prevention, my ability to connect and establish trusting relationships with clients is immense.
