Developed and lead strategies to drive profitability for a new brewery in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams. Created and implemented cash management and month-end closing controls and processes to prevent financial risk. Advised executive level on monthly Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Overhead, Selling, General and Administrative (SG&A) performance.

Lead financial operations and administered profit and loss (P&L) of $90M net revenue across 32 retail locations for 12 brands. Liaised with local and corporate teams creating strong relationships that ensured efficient engagements. Improved financial processes while directing internal controls and financial strategy setting targets, conducting feasibility studies and monitoring cash flow and expenditures.

Utilized quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive creation and implementation of immediate and long-term financial plans which included creation of budgets, forecasts, and documentation to support leadership decisions. Improved process and updated model inputs allowing for appropriate investment valuations and collaborated to prepare and consolidate budgets and evaluate cost-efficiency through oversight of income, expenses, taxes, capital expenditures, investments, and financial statements.
