Armed with an education in architecture, a photographer’s perspective, and a bent for marketing, I love sharing my creative experience with my clients.The choice to earn my license to sell real estate was an easy one. With two degrees in architecture — a Bachelor’s from the University of Florida and a Master’s from the University of Virginia — six years operating an architectural photography company, and multiple home renovations with my husband, Brian, I’m experienced with every facet of the home buying/designing/renovating/marketing/selling process. I still get a thrill stepping across a threshold for the first time, whether to photograph a beautifully styled interior ready for listing or to introduce a client to a house that needs a hug before it becomes their dream home. In addition to real estate and photography, I am co-creator of the popular Our Local Commons books, and Creative Director of HubbHouse, a speculative renovation company, started with Brian in 2016, focused on the end-to-end experience of living in some of Charlottesville’s greatest homes.
