Headhunter and Senior Consultant with over 20 years of experience in HR consulting, specializing in Executive Search, Career Development and Outplacement.From 1993 to 1997, I was involved in establishing the international company Wrigley on the Czech market. I was initially responsible for managing business activities in the selected region and was gradually entrusted with additional territories thanks to my results. In the end I was the Sales Manager for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. After leaving Wrigley, I accepted an offer from Amrop Hever, where I became acquainted with executive search. As I had frequently traveled abroad and, most importantly, thanks to my international clientele, I had the opportunity to learn the criteria for this profession outside our country and gain valuable experience. In 2006, I founded TOPSEARCH, which specializes in searching for Top Managers, Senior Management and specialists for Czech and international companies. TOPSEARCH has built up a strong reputation over the years, helping it establish cooperation with important clients, where our collaboration is built on values and trust.
