Enterprise: Healthcare leader in the Office of the CIO. Helped build Dignity Health's enterprise-wide telemedicine programs. Developed telehealth strategy around eVisits and a teleradiology offering. Created plans and approaches to governance, innovation, intake and assessment, billing, quality, and risk. Identified business value and clinical impact. Wrote policy. Negotiated multiple complex legal agreements with technology vendors as the business owner. Deployed the technology and addressed the operational issues. Accomplishments: Designed and launched telehealth projects include low acuity video visits (Doctor on Demand), physician-to-physician secure digital consultations (Consult Accelerator - Avizia now American Well), teleradiology (Dicomm Systems), remote patient monitoring (Care Innovations, IdealLife), secure messaging (One Pass - Avizia), and other healthcare innovation and emerging technologies. Arizona Service Area: Under the direction of the Vice President of Informatics, led the Dignity Health Arizona telehealth strategy and implementation. Piloted and applied new telemedicine and innovative emerging technology solutions to improve patient care and to achieve business goals. Managed the clinical, technical, business, and regulatory activities including operational workflows, business, and financial plans, technology procurement, and solutions for telemedicine initiatives.Projects included: Teleradiology Solutions (Dicomm Systems, Merge); Telehealth for Provider to Patient Initiatives (One Place); Rural Telehealth(eMix and MeMD); Remote Patient Monitoring Solutions (IdealLife), and Google Glass / Scribe Technologies (Augmedix.) Accomplishments: Launched rural Arizona teleurgent care solution in Yarnell, Arizona. Launched closed-loop radiology solution for teleradiology offering at St. Joseph's.
