As Sponsorship Director, I lead a team to attract and fulfill sponsorships of all varieties. From corporate sponsors to small local business partners, I provide excellent client services, over-delivery on promotion and sponsorship agreements and I create a lasting impression through my dedication to our sponsors' goals. As CFO, I create, manage, track and reconcile the company budget as well as budgets for all of our events. I creatively increase revenue, decrease expenses, increase efficiencies and decrease frustrations. As HR Director, I manage the company personnel structure evaluating current positions and needed positions. I lead all job performance reviews as well as handle all hiring and firing duties. I design the structure for the annual company strategic planning retreat and see its success through from creation to completion.

I created and ran my own company working as an independent contractor to multiple clients. As an executive assistant I managed business and personal finances, travel and meeting schedules, vendor relationships and general duties for a more efficient, productive and meaningful lives for my employers. Clients included property managers, event production companies and corporate CEO's.

Managed finances, fund raising, donor and student databases and coordinated supplies, staffing and curriculum for five tutoring locations. Operated as manager in financial, outreach, human resources and administrative departments and reported directly to the non-profit director.

As a member of the event scheduling team, our office handled all requests for event permits in the city of Seattle. Events ranged from weddings, to corporate parties, to funerals to non-profit gatherings. This position was the last in a line of wonderful work with Parks and Recreation. I started as a YES! volunteer at the age of 14 and continued working at community centers throughout highschool and college. Due to stellar performance I was continually promoted and ended up in the event scheduling office.
