The model outputs affected all sales and account management staff firmwide because they formed the basis for forecasting the revenue potential of each territory. • Institutional Mass Attrition – Investigated the patterns and leading indicators of catastrophic account losses defined as account spending over $250,000 annual which cut services by 75% or more. Prepared a presentation to the Board of Directors on findings and warning signs.• Retention Marketing Framework – Developed a 5- level customer maturity model based on utilization of web services within an annual membership.
