Working directly with more than 100 early to late-stage private companies, Andrea has facilitated or been part of the administration of over $10 billion worth of secondary transactions in the form of direct secondaries, tender offers, auctions, Request-for-Quote (RFQs), and price discovery programs by both supporting the formation and utilization of a mix of broker-dealers with and without alternative trading system (ATS) designations.As one of the first female executives in the secondary market space spanning the last decade, she catalyzed the ecosystem as a co-founder of Forge Global (NYSE: FRGE). Prior to starting Cuatro Capital and joining MVP, she led the Liquidity Solutions (CartaX) and corporate governance teams at Carta (previously eShares). Before Carta, she spent three years as the West Coast director for NASDAQ Private Market. a division of Nasdaq, Inc., where she ran business development for this unit, bolstering Nasdaq’s’s presence by supporting late-stage companies leading up to their listing on the exchange. She has overseen broad-based liquidity and equity administration programs for companies such as Addepar, Discord, Slack, Uber, Stitch Fix, and 23andMe.Andrea has been recognized in Venture Capital Journal’s ranking of the 40 Rising Stars under 40 in the global venture capital community and currently sits either on the Board of Directors or advisory boards of 6 startups and has invested personally in over 20 fintech and marketplace startups as an angel.She regularly conducts media interviews related to technology news and has been featured in Bloomberg, Fortune, Forbes, CNBC, Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, Business Insider, and The Information.
