 Provided Program Management leadership for full-cycle Healthcare EMR/EHR System (Allscripts SCM – modules included CPOE, SRx, ClinDoc, ExitCare, etc. and Allscripts Enterprise EHR v 11.2 – Note, CPOE, Care Guides, Charges) upgrades and installation including strategy, project design, conversion planning, training, and user support. Directed onsite.
