In fact, in competitive sports there is only one thing that matters more than winning, that is winning the challenge with yourself.ONESporter’s goal is to integrate the available technology in the world of competitive sports in order to improve athletic performances and training transparency through digitalization and IoT.ONESporter is a tool created to support the effort invested by the coaching and athletic teams through a detailed planning, day by day recording of training activities and detailed reporting analysis.All this with one goal:#betheONES 💥🏅-In early 2021 we have applied to the HYPE Sports Innovation acceleration program, in the Winter Sports Vertical and we were selected by three partners (European Broadcasting Union, SnowHowChina, and Axis Leisure). Always in 2021 we won the price as best startup in StartupVEX.In 2022 we partecipate as speakers about our project at WACV Hawaii (the premier international computer vision event comprising the main conference and several co-located workshops).We are now looking to raise funds for the continuous development of the application and platform, with the aim of always improving our business with the same and clear vision: a sport future made of innovation and technology.-Since summer 2022 ONESporter has added an asset to its core business. The ONES MEDIA HOUSE project was born. In addition to training and performance monitoring, with OMH we will also take care of the media and social communication, visibility and personal branding of the high-level athlete in an innovative perspective with the goal of creating value for her/him and the partner companies.

Sport ExecutiveAfter 11 years from the foundation of Bachmann Sport College, the new board decide to change the name and the branding of the Ski Club. From the season 2023/2024 the name Tarvisio Racing Team will appear in all the things that we do as Ski Club. This brings a more focused mission statement toward a high-level competitive path. At Tarvisio Racing Team I am in charge of the operational management and marketing area - social media and digital management - event organization (mainly meetings and conventions) to create a strong brand identity. I have worked as alpine skiing coach at the "I.Bachmann" High School for Winter Sports in Tarvisio (Ski College / Academy). This particular High School offers to the student-athletes a complete integration between the scholastic and agonistic path (which aims at the highest level). This is fundamental in a sport like alpine skiing, with its logistical difficulties. In the five years in which I have worked in this school structure - where the coach has a key role in the management of the student-athletes: coaches takes part in the class councils with the professors, so the competitive sport is considered as a subject of evaluation - I have been able to work alongside great professionals learning a lot about the coach job and increased my professional skills (leadership, communication, organization). During these seasons I have worked mainly in the children's category (13-16 years old).
