So excited to be back with Kimball International as Sales Training & Enablement Manager! Office Furniture is in my blood and thrilled to be part of the Trade Marketing team! I can't wait to see what my future holds with this amazing company!!I was with MasterBrand from April 2012-2024 in a trainer/facilitator role. Helping our associates across the business become better at what they do, and providing tools and resources for them to develop skills that will help them get to the next level is incredibly rewarding. I'm part of a team that provides an introduction to what being a leader at MBCI is all about. I'm in a role that allows me to connect our supervisors and managers with our executive leaders and help them network and establish their own leadership philosophy and management style. Project Management Essentials and 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity are key FranklinCovey workshops that I've been able to deliver at most MBCI facilities. Prior to MBC, I was in the office furniture industry for nearly 9 years and in the Market Education Training role for nearly 5 of those years. When I joined Kimball Office in August of 2003, I managed the Order Processing team and led the EDI charge with a goal of all orders being submitted electronically. Prior to office furniture, I worked in the lawn & garden industry in a variety of sales and customer service roles. At Kimball Office, I truly enjoyed training employees and dealer partners on our products and other key areas to support our organization. I am a Ball State University graduate with B.A degree in Spanish with a minor in Business & Interpersonal Relations.
