Serve as the subject matter expert and primary, network, desktop/laptop support for 100+ remote offices for the Texas Highway Patrol and some Driver License offices across the state. Plan and implement project from start to completion by sharing High Speed Internet service at remote offices and building a secure IPsec IKE VPN tunnel connection to HQ.Serve as the ITS Team lead successfully completing the deployment of Phase I -Cisco Equipment Upgrade Project consisting of 61 remote DPS offices across Texas.
