Global Portfolio Management Director
CurrentResponsible in leading cross category consumer and combustibles category strategy development, identifying consumer and commercial opportunities across all IMB markets and having ownership of the portfolio strategy process, frameworks and guidance. Lead the Portfolio Management function, driving commercial advantage whilst balancing portfolio complexity through consumer-led portfolio decisions as well as work together with Regional and Cluster marketing to define per-market portfolio strategy. Oversee the identification of opportunities for brand-agnostic innovation based on consumer insights.
