Tripled loan submissions from 28M to 100M and double premium submissions in a four-month period. This was achieved by working with brokers on individual business plans, identifying lead generation opportunities, recruiting high performing brokers and coaching them on how to achieve business goals and monitoring their own performance as well as establishing buddy systems.
