CurrentContent Strategy and Development• Lead the development and revision of inclusive content across various formats, including books, ebooks, audiobooks, microlearning content, podcasts, content marketing, and e-learning materials, ensuring scientific integrity and relevance to consumers.• Manage content creation, from concept to production to implementation, to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.• Develop and execute content strategies and plans, producing high-quality material that supports projects and plans.• Tell compelling stories that make complex healthcare information accessible and relatable to consumers and professionals, driving enthusiasm for the enterprise’s brand in multiple channels and personas.Healthcare Expertise and Thought Leadership• Stay informed on new trends and best practices in healthcare and wellness, identifying opportunities for the brand to contribute to the cultural conversation.• Collaborate with internal clinical experts and other SMEs to ensure content is based on the best science or lived experience and to identify future opportunities.Leadership and Collaboration• Manage and develop talent, both internally and externally, to build a high-performing content team.• Foster a culture of collaboration, working with cross-functional teams to envision and produce compelling content.• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members, ensuring excellence in writing and editing.Diversity, Equity and Inclusion• Ensure content strategy is formed with diversity, equity, and inclusion in mind, considering DEI throughout the content development process.• Research and educate others about the lesser-known facets of DEI that affect learning and understanding as well as access to healthcare and therapeutic empowerment.• Facilitate biweekly Conscious Inclusion Dialogue Group (30-60 participants across organization), focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) issues in the enterprise, industry, and beyond.
