🧑🏻‍💻 I have a curious and creative brain, entangled in an engineering mindset.🥷🏻 Coding non-stop since 1992, when I was 12yo.⭐ MY MAIN JOB-----------------I have more than 23 years of history in professional development. After some engaging early experiences, 14 years as a full-stack developer for a big company, and 4 years as an IT expert in a small company (where I've experienced the flexibility to play the different hats on a daily basis, including Architect, Developer, DevOps, Customer Care, and more), in 2020 I've started a new adventure working remotely as a Software Engineer for Alfresco (now Hyland).In Hyland I started as Developer 4, then I have been promoted to Team Lead, and finally advanced to R&D Manager.🔥 MY OTHER JOBS--------------------In the last few years, I've been active in different side gigs that helped my soft skills rise, from running pre-screening of CV and technical video interviews (for R-Everse, Reallyzation, Hivejobs, and Randstad Technologies) to writing technical articles (for Baeldung).❤️ MY ATTITUDE-----------------I love to learn, like to teach, and occasionally share knowledge on StackOverflow / GitHub / GitLab, in a useful mental workout that also allows me to give back.Strongly problem-solving oriented, I don't hesitate to throw hammer blows to get things done, while maniacally striving for the best possible result.I've blown my comfort zone away years ago, and I'm now exploring off the map, seeking opportunities for growth.As a long-term side project, I'm currently studying Mandarin Chinese and writing a book.👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 MY PERSONAL LIFE-----------------------Functional training addicted, casual extreme sports player.Last, but definitely not least, I'm the father of two princesses, with whom I love to spend my free time.To be continued...つづく
