Delivered important results to grow net revenue (top line revenue) and also managed the take cost of payment processing. Several of the strategic initiatives were aimed to increase diversification metrics - geographies, verticals, size of merchants. During my time at EBANX I was the main executive leader driving development of new business.In 2024 our operations in Asia started with India, through key partnerships announced in the media and also marquee merchants being onboarded. My team led the entire discovery, mapping and developing the required partnerships and the new business model, following strictly the requirements of the RBI.In Apr 2023 led the team in charge of expansion outside of LATAM, focused on Africa and Asia. Launched operations in the 4 main markets of Africa, plus East and West Africa, totalling 11 countries in the plan. By mid 2024 we had marquee merchants already processing in different verticals, important milestones to the multi-year plan of increasing footprint.In early 2021 led the LATAM PUSH program, adding 7 new countries to the portfolio (Central America, Dominican Rep, Paraguay).
