My broad spectrum of expertise includes contract disputes, healthcare and insurance litigation, financial services litigation, including ACH, credit card and other EFT processing issues, franchise litigation, real estate litigation, and intellectual property matters. It's a joy to help my clients “get their legal houses in order,” to avoid future legal disputes or ensure they are in a stronger position to resolve any dispute quickly and cost-effectively.Dedication to my profession:I serve as Chair of the Federal Bar Association’s (“FBA”) Federal Litigation Section. I've also served on the FBA’s Federal Litigation Section Board for more than 5 years, served on the FBA’s National Sections and Divisions Council and Constitution and Bylaws Committee, and am past President and Board of Director Member of the FBA’s Phoenix Chapter. I also served on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Women Lawyers Association. Throughout my career, I’ve led numerous women’s initiatives and mentoring programs.Dedication to my community:Advocating for animal rights and safety is a passion. I am a longtime member (since 2013) and immediate past chair of Arizona Humane Society Board of Directors (2018-2021).I also serve on the Chandler Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and its Women in Leadership Committee. In these roles, I help business owners in Chandler grow and thrive and also mentor women and students in business ventures. I also serve as an ambassador for ICAN—a free, out-of-school program serving East Valley youth.I have also been involved with Phoenix Suns Charities 88, KNOW Cares Foundation, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona Big Night Out gala planning committee, the Herberger Theater Center Board of Directors, and Women’s Metropolitan Arts Council. I've spent many hours volunteering for my boys’ schools and sports teams. You might say I’m a dual career woman – I have one career as a top lawyer, and spend just as much time serving my community; it is really a second career for me, and one I love!
