I run ML Engraving, a point of reference among industrial designers and product managers. The Company develops 2D and 3D textures by means of a digital processing called D.R.E® and engraves them only with laser technology on moulds for plastic objects: from design to luxury products.As the General Manager of ML Engraving, my principal activities are:- planning the business strategies in order to improve the production and find new branches of the market where to invest;- following the marketing and communication department in order to develop the best strategies in finding new clients and strenghten the Company value;- taking part to workshops, exhibitions and seminars to teach designers and mouldmakers about the great opportunities of lase engraving, in terms of quality, time saving, sustainability and prices. As a new technology, laser engraving needs to be taught first.- taking care of the satisfaction of my team, constantly supporting and challenging everybody to do their best.
