As a Director within Digital Technology, I am responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of features across all thirteen Product Teams within the digital organization. I was involved with adopting the Product Team structure and creating Product Teams from the ground up. Started with two teams and grew to thirteen in less than two years (Product Teams live within Domains for Shop, Purchase/Checkout, Services, Enablement and Loyalty). I directly manage approximately twenty team members, who work with product managers, analysts, architects, developers and testers to plan, execute, and measure work within their teams. In order to effectively deliver, I work closely with leadership in other cross- functional IT areas, as they are often required to complete work for the product teams. As a member of Signet’s Agile Transformation Office (ATO), I play a key role in identifying Agile principles for the teams to follow along with growth opportunities in order to increase collaboration across the organization. As a leader within the product teams, I have worked to coordinate with our Director of eCommerce Development and Vendor leadership to plan for product developers to move into a centralized development model in order to increase productivity and find efficiencies between all product teams. Aside from core product team members, the majority of development and testing occurs from contractors (150+ team). My responsibilities also include vendor management, contract review and resource (onshore / offshore) review on a weekly basis.

As a project manager, I manage digital and e-commerce projects within IT. I am responsible for working with internal team members and vendors to ensure the successful completion of each project. Key initiatives include several fixes and enhancements to stabilize and improve our e-commerce sites and the implementation of an onsite search tool to enhance customers search and browse experience across all brands. Managed all phases of a project including Discovery, Plan, Design, Construct, Test and Deployment. I develop necessary project documentation including Requirements, RACI, Risk/Decision Log, Status, Timeline, Deployment Checklist, etc. I utilize agile methodologies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, while adhering to the eCommerce release calendar. Work with Release Team to understand blackout periods, holiday schedule and freeze dates, and how they impact project schedules.

As a Project Manager within the Delivery Management team, I manage interactive marketing projects for clients across multiple industries. Project types include digital strategy, app/website design and development, email marketing, CMS/technical implementation, online display advertising, and campaign support across multiple lines of business. My responsibilities include: • Managing all aspects of projects from conception through completion • Defining project scope, creating estimates, proposals and statements of work• Managing cross-functional teams in multiple locations• Communicating with client and internal teams• Understanding each client’s brand, goals and objectives• Monthly forecasting and quarterly re-forecasting• Business development

Manage online marketing projects including website, email, social media and PPC projects from beginning to completion. Responsibilities include managing key milestones throughout the course of the project by organizing tasks with internal resources while communicating with the client on project deliverables.

Managed all aspects of online vendor program, serving as a liaison for nationwide vendor sales representatives and vendors.
