The National Director of Human Resources (Canada) is responsible for providing guidance and support on building organizational capability and enabling the achievement of overall business and HR strategies to over 800 employees within the Publishing, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Warehousing, Call Centre, IT, Finance, HR, and Executive groups.

As the Human Resources Lead for the corporate group of Lafarge Canada, I was responsible for supporting HR strategies within the fields of organizational development, staffing, performance management, compensation, employee relations and leadership development to employees within the Information Technology, Finance, HR, Payroll, Purchasing, and Legal groups.
