As a web developer I’ve been assigned to several projects following their entire lifecylce, actively partecipating to the analysis, technology research and application development with .NET environment.I took part in the db design of the projects I followed both in Oracle and DB2 environment and I provided specific support for the issues related to DB2/.NET interaction.During this experience I received an award for having successfully completed the task of developing a solution for adapting the authentication process of a pool of web applications to IBM technologies, regarding to the security levels.I was given the opportunity to partecipate as main developer to the SEA project: health checking process automation for IBM servers, caring both the db design and development (.NET, Web Services).As part of the project I developed the .NET interface toward 8 DB2 databases (TSCM architecture - IBM), the data retention system and several tools for automatic emailing, workflow and reporting.Projects:o BlueService: a .NET webservice which provides the authentication process and profile management for an application pool, using IBM BluePages (LDAP).o SEA: Web application connected with several DB2 databases for the inquiry of security information and process management (reporting tools, automatic email forwarding, profiles and roles implementation). o SPICE: information gathering from different applications. As a member of IT Security team in GlobalValue, my duty was to follow the creation of security policies and hardening activities for Microsoft servers (NT4/2000).I’ve been involved in the security compliance checks for Windows servers and took part in several activities including: penetration tests, network scanning, auditing.I provided support in the administration of NT/2000/AD domains (over 80000 users) and indipendently developed the management software for resource analisys (users & groups) and process automation using ASP, VB, C++ (DAO/ADO, SMTP, ADSI, WMI).
