Main duties and Responsibilities:  Define an estimation for the project effort based on objectives, scope and activities agreed with customer Underwrite the project risk plan, time scales, project scope and project costs. Create realistic baseline plans and budgets and to maintain those throughout the life of the project. Define work by identifying achievable work packages ensuring everyone is clear about personal responsibilities.  Produce periodic reports for project review meetings.  Report exceptions and manage all change in accordance with change control processes.  Resolve problems and issues or escalates where necessary.  Manage project finances to maintain or improve the baseline financial position during the life of the project.  Work with commercial management to define and manage the contractual arrangements with the customer and third party.  Maintain or improve project margins.  Monitor project progress against agreed plans.  Manage changes to the project scope. Identify potential project’s follow on and verify feasibility with customer and sales team Help resource manager to define resources IDP  Produce periodic resource demand forecast Maintain up to date the internal revenue forecast Show less
