I currently work in the area of business process solutions and corporate reorganisations in the public sector and in the worlds of industry and banking. I focus in particular on the creation of efficiency through the application of the Lean and Six Sigma methods. Procedure efficiency is increased by eliminating procedures which are obsolete or do not meet the standards expected by management. As well as supporting the improvement of internal processes, I also work in the area of corporate internal reorganisation, with the creation of complex corporate structures, and the creation, where they are lacking of specific departments: purchasing, administration, management accounting, quality, legal, logistics, warehouse, marketing, sales and human resources. I also assist companies in the adoption of new IT systems, usually the transition to SAP or Oracle systems. Specifically, I apply Lean Accounting techniques to improve the efficiency of administrative offices, eliminating obsolete procedures and paper files through the introduction of B2B e-billing, digital document cloud storage and SSC (Shared Services Center). I also handle corporate programming, drawing up Budgets, Forecasts, Investment Plans and Business Plans.
