I then executed the plan which included the following tasks and deliverables:• Wrote a variety of news articles that were periodically posted to the company intranet to increase awareness about the new SAP Methodology site among the users and the general population at Cargill.• Crafted communications and project overview training for the newly formed Change Agent Network to get them up to speed and ready to champion the new methodology in their respective regions and countries.• Filmed and edited a 5 min video featuring the two executive project sponsors and the methodology owner discussing what they intend to fix with the new methodology and what they plan to achieve with it down the road with all new SAP deployments.• Designed and built 2 eLearning modules with assessments using Articulate Storyline 3. Module 1 covered conceptual information and change impacts and Module 2 covered how to access and use the site and the new methodology contained there.• Worked with the LMS administrators to deploy the training modules to over 900 end-users in 36 countries.• Assisted methodology owner in determining the final layout of the site.

    Organizational Readiness Assessment at AgribankAgribank, and their IT partner, SunStream, were preparing to deploy a new ERP system across 17 branch locations, all with different needs and different legacy systems. The initial go-live was scheduled for August 1, 2019, but discussions about changing that date began in April. Over a 6-week period, another consultant and I conducted an Organizational Readiness Assessment. This effort consisted of:• Reviewing all available scoping documents, deliverables, and project documentation.• Interviewing people at all levels of the project and within the company that would be impacted by the change. • Analyzing the information and drawing conclusions based on the information gathered, outside research, and experience.• Presenting the results and our recommendations to project leadership and the steering committee.Our recommendations resulted in a 6-month extension to the go-live date, some significant changes to the project team structure, and a firm commitment to fully staff communications, training, and change management efforts.

Remotely hired, coached, and led a team of 8-11 instructional designers, eLearning developers, graphic designers, desktop publishing specialists, editors, and voice over artists to successfully complete 27 distinct projects for PERC.• Facilitated CETP curriculum reviews 2 out of every 3 years for regulatory and instructor requested updates. Managed the application of identified and approved changes to over 22,000 pages of print and eLearning content in the CETP curriculum.• Led a team of 7 consultants for the development of a new On-The-Job training program for evaporator operators and support personnel at five phosphoric acid processing plants owned by Mosaic Fertilizer. The program resulted in a savings of over $7 million in the first year through a 5% reduction in unscheduled downtime coupled with a 6% increase in productivity.• Managed the development, translation to 7 different languages, and localization of over 1200 business process flow charts, step-by-step procedures, and training manuals for full suite implementations of SAP for General Mills international locations in Mexico, Venezuela, Argentina, France, Israel, China, Thailand, South Korea, Singapore, and Vietnam.
