Writing and grading of 30+ Job descriptions to accompany restructure, including new teams for Data and Innovation• Developed Standard technical requirements for procurement activitiesMain Duties• Responsible for the organisation's enterprise architecture, governance, and standards, ensuring structured controls are in place to oversee, manage, and sustain its strategic alignment. • Develop and plan the target operating model for the digital, data, and technology estate, including roadmaps, identifying ways to simplify and reuse technologies, and nurturing emerging technologies.• Establish Enterprise Architecture practice, including principles, standards, and policies supported with appropriate tools and repositories.• Provide professional technical leadership for the organisation.
