A couple of my early key achievements were establishing billing processes for a new line of business that resulted in quicker invoices to clients and creating customized Excel reports so management could better understand the new services. By analyzing the monthly reports, I was able to identify areas of opportunity and establish monthly procedures that the company still uses today.I was promoted a number of times to my current position as Controller.As Controller, I am responsible for all accounting oversights and one of my first challenges was to identify and analyze key business drivers. Then, translate the findings in terms of financial impact to the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.I also enhanced QuickBooks to continue to meet the business needs of a growing company. Quest has grown beyond QuickBooks and I evaluated numerous accounting systems to find the right solution.
