I have worked as a CMA every since I graduated in 2010. I love what I do!! I started out in a Family Clinic for a year and a half. I later went on to OB/GYN where I was there for four years. I also worked at UMMC Wound Care where I had been since 2015 and I absolutely loved it. I am currently at Wound Management Specialists where I am Lead Wound Care CMA Tech. I have come to love inpatient care. I have learned so much and of course I want more advancement and more certifications. All the providers I work with go over board to help you understand. You should always treat your patients as your family and to me everything will come natural. Always give a smile because they are free and needed!!
