- Oversees the asset management of Fengate’s public-private partnerships (PPP) portfolio, which includes 24 investments across Canada and the U.S., under three funds, currently valued at over $800M in equity investments. - Oversees governance of all PPP projects and fills director role on the project boards. - Responsible for oversight of both construction and operations of each project, as well as performance analysis and business development.- Oversees a team of asset managers to ensure proactive engagement with our clients and partners so that highly complex projects are completed on time and on budget.- During operations, ensures that project deliverables, asset performance and stakeholder expectations are achieved while maximizing value for Fengate’s investors.

- Oversees Fengate’s Western Canadian and U.S. PPP portfolio, and contributes to PPP-specific business development in Canada and the U.S.- Manages resolution of major construction and operational issues and disputes on projects, including negotiating with project parties on key material issues. - Identifies and executes cost reduction opportunities and portfolio enhancements, optimizing revenue opportunities.- Responsible for enhancing Fengate’s corporate profile as a developer of and equity investor in PPP projects in Canada and the U.S. through the development and management of relationships with government entities and prospective industry partners.

- Operating Period Representative for the Surrey Memorial Hospital Critical Care Tower (valued at $386 million); responsible for all contractual matters during the operations phase, including ensuring the asset is performing in accordance with contractual obligations. - Operating Period Representative for the Emily Carr University of Art + Design Campus Redevelopment Project (valued at $134 million); responsible for representing the company’s equity investment during the design and construction phase and working with the Service Provider to ensure a smooth transition into operations. - Operating Period Representative for the Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre (valued at $239 million); responsible for ensuring a smooth transition of the Management Services Agreement and associated Project Co responsibilities from ETDE Facility Management Canada Ltd. to Fengate Infrastructure SPV Services Inc. by April 1, 2016.- Actively pursues business development opportunities in the BC market.

- Successfully managed the business case development for Component A of the Royal Columbian Hospital Redevelopment project (estimated value approx. $200 million), including market sounding, risk identification and quantification, oversight of financial modeling, multiple criteria analysis, and recommendation of procurement model. - Assisted in the business case development for the George Massey Tunnel Replacement project (estimated value approx. $3 billion), including managing the risk registry and the selection process for the project financial advisors. - Supported the Iqaluit International Airport Improvement project (valued at $418 million) throughout Financial Close and into implementation, successfully transitioning the role to the owner team shortly after Financial Close. - Managed the procurement process for Phase 2 of the BC Children’s and BC Women’s Hospital Redevelopment project (valued at $540 million), including preparing the RFP, assisting in collaborative meetings, preparing evaluation material, and participating in the evaluation of proposals. - Managed the procurement of the Evergreen Line Rapid Transit project (valued at $1.4 billion), including finalizing the RFP, managing the evaluation process, supporting financial close, and preparing the Project Summary Report. - Successfully provided ongoing implementation support for the Evergreen Line Rapid Transit project, including developing, presenting and implementing new protocols and procedures for the design development phase, managing the agreements with the funding partners, and preparing progress reports for the Project Board and the federal government. - Provided ongoing support to the BC Cancer Agency Centre for the North project during transition to operations, including representing the owner on the Operating Period Joint Committee

- Worked with Partnerships BC to successfully manage the procurement process leading to the selection of a private partner for the BCCA Centre for the North Design/Build/Finance/Maintain public-private partnership (PPP), which was the 2012 recipient of the Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships' Gold Award for Infrastructure.- Developed and implemented a Project Plan for the ongoing management of the BCCA Centre for the North PPP project.- Managed the design and construction / project implementation phase of the BCCA Centre for the North project. - Successfully monitored and ensured compliance with contractual obligations under the Project Agreement, a $72.2 million contract.- Effectively supervised the work and budgets of five project consultants.- Responsible for analyzing third party reports and invoices in order to recommend approval of monthly installments to private partner.- Responsible for all official correspondence between BCCA and the private partner on behalf of the Chief Project Officer.

- Successfully managed teams during overlapping funding programs and projects, leading to a reduction in the number of staff required for these operations. - Conceptualized, designed and documented the specifications for the web application forms, an integral part of the online grants management project, a strategic initiative with an overall budget of $2 million.- Evaluated and documented the efficacy of the online grants management system and formulated recommendations for improvements moving forward.- Co-authored analysis reports on the current recipients of funding, which were used as tools to evaluate the role of the Foundation’s Team Funding Program in fulfilling its mandate.- Contributed to nearly a dozen reports to the Strategic Management Team of the Foundation proposing strategic changes to the direction of the Team Funding Programs. - Responsible for presenting the program objectives to groups of up to 60 researchers and director-level administrators.

- Managed and coordinated the six-person on-site hospitality team for 350 participants at the 2004 Pfizer Circle of Excellence in Nevis. - Co-organized and assisted in the management of the Pfizer 2002, 2003 and 2004 Circle of Excellence Incentive Programs for up to 400 of Canada’s top sales representatives and their guests in the Greek Isles, Italy and Nevis. - Actively involved in the co-organization and operation of essentially all of AstraZeneca’s Advisory Board Meetings, Clinical Update Meetings, Pharmaceutical-Sponsored Conferences and Incentive Programs for two years for the Lung Cancer and Urology/Oncology divisions. - Acted as the official bilingual on-site representative, translating both written and verbal communications between LaCURE staff and up to 40 French Canadian clients.
