• Management of Pestana Hotels in Salvador with 05 professionals in Sales Assistant, Account Manager, Group & Events and Reservation functions; • Monitoring of fixed and variable actions according to the Marketing & Action Plan of each hotel prepared with Sales Center team in São Paulo; • Collaboration with the Marketing and WEB department in the elaboration and execution of communication and promotions strategies; • Rates and promotions decision together with the Revenue Managers of each hotel in weekly meeting, analyzing the historical production; • Analysis and hiring of RFPs through Lanyon, Prolodgic, Ratefinding and Sabre portals;• Elaboration of YTD x LY reports per segment; • Participation in the elaboration of the annual budget of each hotel; • Management of material and financial resources of the Department through the SAP system; • Systems OPERA (PMS/Sales and Catering) and CRM (Sales Force) knowledge.

• Analysis of the competitive set through TRAVELCLICK (Hotelligence) system; • Management of customer portfolios in PMWEB system; • Mapping and prospecting of Salvador and Aracaju markets; • Relationship actions; • Negotiation and prospecting visits; • After Sales Services;• Site Inspections and Famtours in Pestana Bahia hotels area; • Cross Selling; • Participation in trade events such as BNTM and ABAV; • Monitoring in the preparation of the sales budget.

• Assistance to sales management in the administrative affairs of the Department; • Daily reports (Market Share) and monthly results about direct, corporate, tour & travel and group business segments, cross selling besides YTD x LY comparison; • Data compilation for performance analysis and sales forecasting; • Creation of pivot tables through PMWEB system; • Break down of promotional packages for the company's website – direct segment; • Daily data insertion about the average rate and daily occupancy in the TaxInfo portal; • RFPs form filling;• Control of individual and group bookings in the periods of New Year and Carnival – occupation of the Hotel – through CM system taking care about follow-up of the pre-payments for bookings guarantee; • Support to the general management during the secretary absence on several issues, such as: Condominium Meetings-Hotel Pestana Bahia Lodge, contracts of suppliers, insurance, correspondence, airline tickets.

• Hotel occupancy control along with the individual reservations sector through CM system; • Elaboration and submission of budgets and respective follow-up; • Customer service with technical visits in group negotiation; • Issuance of groups contracts; • Elaboration of groups instructive; • Rooming List insertion in CM system; • Ensure the budget of the segment Group Business; • Implementation of the group sector during soft opening.
