Responsible for structuring bond financings for institutions of higher education, independent schools, municipalities, and other government and not-for-profit entities across the country with par amounts ranging from $10 million to nearly $100 million. Conducted complex financial modeling, performed in-house client credit assessments, created presentations and memos, reviewed legal documents, and researched and compiled market data. Interfaced daily with clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in bond financings.
