• Serve as the primary contact for the project team, operations, and subcontractors; especially with regard to installation and execution of project timelines and milestones• Analyze physical progress and financial data to generate timely forecasts that support performance status reporting• Prior projects include: - North Cove Marina Demolition & Construction - Demolished existing marina and constructed seven floating docks and 32 slips, including 8 mega-yachts up to 175 feet - LaGuardia Airport Runway Extension - Extended two pile-supported airport runways by 500 feet into Flushing Bay using steel pipe piles, pre-cast concrete caps and planks, and a cast-in-place topping slab - Liberty Island (Statue of Liberty) Pier Reconstruction - Demolished and constructed two fixed piers previously destroyed by Hurricane Sandy. Project included removal of 200 existing timber piles and installation of 200 fiberglass piles with concrete fill, greenheart framing, and timber decking (2013)

• Purchased and sold equities, options, and exchange-traded funds for a multi-billion dollar portfolio• Analyzed and enhanced existing trade operations to ensure an effective monitoring environment

* Implemented firm-wide loss prevention software application (NaviStor) for clients, e.g. Burlington Coat Factory * Assisted programming team with creating clients' core software using PowerBuilder application development system
