I'm leading and managing Mengucci company since 2004, when my father, the founder, handed over “the saw” to me.I entered the company in 1984 and gained a solid experience in 20 years, progressively working in each of the main department, training myself on every aspect of our business.I firstly entered the Administration Dept. as a natural continuation of my study path (High School Diploma as Commercial Merchant Technical obtained in Ancona).Afterwards, I began a training in the Production Dept. to finally take over the Commercial and General Management.Now, despite the hardships of the crisis in our sector, the passion for wood and the belief in the values of Made in Italy foster my desire to grow in everyday and future entrepreneurship challenges.My passions:Ride my motorbike and take care of my 200 olive trees, from harvest through pruning to pressing, and combine the pleasure of seeing delightful landscapes with the enjoy the taste of homemade olive oil.
