FP&A Reporting; Development of financial reports (P&L, cash flow and balance sheets), presentations and consolidation of results; Development of KPIs; Estimate company goals; Budget management of administrative expenditures, staffing cost, contingencies and operating costs; Monitoring the production costs of each project.

Budget management of administrative expenditures, staffing cost, contingencies and operating costs; Follow-up of monthly expenses planned and budgeted, followed by reports; Assistance in the creation and review of KPI's for the sales team in order to verify the effectiveness of each project.

Preparation of period close, accounting closing report, monitoring, maintaining and reconciling data sent by the accounting team; Ensure accuracy in the financial data; Suppliers Management: negotiation, evaluation and registrations of all suppliers; Preparation of process documentation / working instructions; Reviewing outstanding billing and identifying potential issues; Communication with external customers;

Creates, posts, and reconciles company transactions while ensuring compliance with the accounting guidelines.

Accounting management (payable and receivable) and monthly reports; Conducting feasibility studies on the main product, evaluating trade margins, ROE, spread, and other KPI’s; Development of benchmark, collecting interest rates and fees charged (by competitors), analysis of the risk and return of operations, in order to guarantee profitability; Management of the products forecasting results foreseen in the budget.
