-As part of my professional growth and complementary training for data and commercial areas, I began a development process in the Human Resources field in 2023. The purpose of this process also included bringing the heart of the business closer to HR, through my experience and knowledge of the commercial areas and data analytics.-Utilizing my expertise in data, I have promoted the use of People Analytics to encourage decision making about people based on data, leading the company towards global trends in Human Resources.-I have led adjustments in talent acquisition strategies, such as the creation of digital application forms and targeted advertisements, which have reduced the time to hire in 9 days. I improved efficiency in talent evaluation processes by creating automated records for easy access to information about employees.

-I led the transformation and digitalization of the Business Intelligence area for the region. For this, I had the strategic vision to create and train the Data Science Team from scratch. I led this team as their Data Manager, guiding them in the proper selection of raw data, its correct interpretation, the application of suitable methodologies, and its effective visualization through Power Bi panels which currently allow us to properly monitor the most critical business data dynamically and in real-time. Within one year, I managed to implement, together with my team, more than 20 successful dashboards for the region.-My broad business perspective allows me to have the technical and soft skills necessary to ask the right questions, integrate data, act as a bridge between data scientists and senior management, move people towards the most impactful problems, and filter the best solutions.-As this was a new and self-initiated project in development, I also had a strong responsibility to market the Data Science Team within the organization, informing about their capabilities and scope, leading to the solid structure that exists today in the organization.-As part of the responsibilities of the position, I was also in charge of Market Research, which allowed me to get even closer to the customer to understand their preferences. To achieve this, I started automating customer surveys, completely eliminating paper surveys in 2016, and at the same time, managed to eliminate outsourcing of surveys. Thus achieving a reduction of 50% in the assigned budget.-Throughout my time in the role, I was constantly identifying business opportunities to introduce new successful products, adjust assortment and pricing strategies, and enter new markets.-led Site Selection Studies to open new stores in the region. I was responsible for presenting the market potential for 10 locations in CR, Guatemala, and El Salvador, resulting in 5000m2 stores operating according to expectations.

-I established new partnerships with strategic suppliers, which facilitated the regional consolidation of 500 products within 6 months. I structured, together with area directors, the process to unify the assortment proposal in CR, Venezuela, and El Salvador. I identified new purchasing opportunities for various markets, incorporating lines that tripled their historical profitability.

-I led a team of 20 people, contributing to their training by designing development plans that promoted their retention and enhanced their performance level. With the support of the management team, I fostered improvements in schedules and occupational health conditions.-I was in constant communication with the sourcing team implementing planogram strategies, impulse displays, and assortment adjustments that helped achieve sales targets for the area.
