- Fremura Group is an Italian integrated shipping and logistics group with 10 offices in Italy and branches in the USA, Greater China and South America.- Directly reporting to the shareholders. Consolidated and developed the Asia-Pacific operations composed of 3 offices in China, 15 direct reports and a network of regional agents in India, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Taiwan, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.- Successfully led the transition from a J/V with a local partner to an independent and wholly owned operation, establishing the group as a player in the region and developing a portfolio of clients and sub-regional agents.- Some relevant projects so far have been: redesign of the distribution network in Mainland China for an Italian white-goods manufacturer; warehouse consolidation, pick-n-pack and international distribution for an Australian toy manufacturer; start-up of own LCL service between the major China ports and Genoa/Buenos Aires/New York.

P&P (now Hawksford) is an advisory firm specialized in assisting Italian clients establishing their business in Greater China and South-East Asia. Shareholder and advisor of the Singapore office.- Assisted several clients in fashion, retail, F&B, oil and gas and industrial machinery.- Some relevant assignments have been: setting up retail operation for four fashion brands in Singapore and Malaysia, negotiating distribution and joint-venture agreements with local partners for six brands in South-East Asia markets, re-organization of the Asia-Pacific operations for a leading company in the automotive industry.

Cantina Privata is a division of Fremura Group specialized in wine trading and logistics and it serves the Asia-Pacifc region. I served as Business Development Director in the startup phase.

- Metadesign represents in South-East Asia and Greater China several Italian premium FMCG brands, such as: Lavazza, Campari, Skyy Vodka, Jägermeister, Caffè Borghetti, Fontanafredda, Villa Branca, Amedei, Pastiglie Leone, Birra Moretti, Eraclea, Valdo.- Fully responsible for sales, logistics, distribution and marketing in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.- Based in Singapore, head of a team of 8 in Singapore and 6 in Malaysia, in charge of the sub-distributors for the Thai and Indonesian markets, directly reporting to the chairman of the group in Hong Kong.- Completely reorganized the operation, selected designed and implemented an ERP and a CRM system, increased client-base of 80%+ and regional turnaround of 120%+.- Successfully introduced 5 new brands in the market, developed and executed the market entry strategy in the Thai and Indonesian market.

- Conceive Asia is a management-consulting firm that advises clients how to develop their business in Asia.- Some relevant assignments were: a J/V in the building materials industry between a Malaysian and an Italian company; a J/V in the electronic devices industry between a Singaporean (part of Temasek Holdings) and a Swiss/Italian company; start up of a venture in the retail industry in Singapore and Malaysia for a group of Italian investors; set up and management of a consortium of 8 Italian SME’s for sales and marketing of natural stones in the China and ASEAN markets; an acquisition in the furniture industry of an historical Italian company by a public listed Singaporean company; a minority investment by a Singaporean government linked investment fund in an Italian bio-technologies company.- Started as a Senior Associate in the Milan office and subsequently appointed in January 2004 to manage the Singapore operations and to start the Shanghai operations. Based in Singapore, head of a team of 4 in Singapore and 2 in Shanghai reporting to the managing partner in Milan.
